By using retrobred.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products: All items are vintage/secondhand unless stated otherwise, and each piece is unique. Because items are one-of-a-kind, once sold they cannot be restocked. We do our best to represent colour, condition, and sizing accurately, but slight variation (especially in colour, due to screen display) may occur.

Pricing: All prices are listed in NZD and include GST as applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion - for example, if an item is mistakenly listed twice or stock information was incorrect. If this happens, you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property: All photos, descriptions, and site content belong to retrobred and may not be reused without permission.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, retrobred is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or products purchased, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.

Retrobred is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the brands, manufacturers, or designers listed on this website. All brand names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks belong to their respective owners.
