Shipping policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is coming soon - follow us on Instagram or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we open up worldwide shipping.

• Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–3] business days of purchase.
• Courier: Sent via NZ Post 
• Shipping cost: Flat rate 
• Delivery estimate: [1-2] business days for most of NZ; rural addresses may take longer.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
• Lost or damaged parcels: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us at retrobrednz@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.
• We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an item is dispatched, but we'll always help chase things up.
